My personalized exercise programs are specifically designed for your needs to help you achieve your fitness goals.  My background in human biomechanics and fitness education (I’ve been training personal trainers since 2002) combined with my use of Spark Motion, the leading tablet-based motion analysis software, ensures that you will receive an exercise program that will deliver results.

  • Commitment: Two 1-hour sessions per week for six weeks.

If you don’t have a specific goal related to the options above but know that you could benefit from personal training delivered by an internationally known fitness expert, then lets put together a custom package!

  • Private 1-hour training sessions. $88 per session
  • Private 30-minute training sessions. $45 per session
  • Semi-Private Training 1-hour
    • 2 people: $44 per person
    • 3-5 people: $33 per person

Do you have some friends, colleagues or team-mates that you would enjoy exercising with?  Training with others is both fun and effective as well as being a great to make training fit your budget.  Commitment is variable based on needs and goals.
